Как удалить данные и отключить аккаунты
Так вы отключаете Facebook, Instagram, ВКонтакте и TenChat в НаПостим и просите удалить данные, которые сервис хранит для публикации.
- В личном кабинете откройте Настройки → Аккаунты (подключения). У нужного аккаунта Facebook, Instagram, ВКонтакте или TenChat нажмите крестик — это кнопка «Отключить». Отключение сразу убирает токен доступа и данные профиля этой соцсети из НаПостим.
- Либо напишите на admin@napostim.ru с темой «Удаление данных». Укажите email аккаунта НаПостим и какие соцсети отключить. Мы выполним запрос в течение 30 дней.

- посты в очереди
По запросу на почту удаляются все три пункта. Кнопка «Отключить» в кабинете сразу удаляет токен и данные профиля выбранного аккаунта; посты в очереди для этого аккаунта снимаются вместе с обработкой письма, не позднее 30 дней.
How to delete your data and disconnect accounts
Use either path to disconnect Facebook, Instagram, VK, and TenChat in NaPostim and to delete the data the service stores in order to publish.
- In your account open Settings → Accounts (Connections). Next to Facebook, Instagram, VK, or TenChat press the × control — that is Disconnect. Disconnecting removes that network’s access token and profile data from NaPostim immediately.
- Or email admin@napostim.ru with the subject “Удаление данных”. Include the email of your NaPostim account and which networks to disconnect. We complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- access tokens
- social profile data
- queued posts
The email request deletes all three. Disconnect in the product removes the access token and profile data at once; queued posts for that account are removed when the email is processed, and no later than 30 days.
